Fort Wayne Urban League Fundraiser: Virtual Telethon Happening Saturday

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - The Fort Wayne Urban League is hosting a virtual fundraiser on Saturday, November 20th on the organization’s Facebook page.

The goal is to raise $30,000 to fund much needed repairs to the Fort Wayne Urban League building located at 2135 South Hanna St.

FW Urban League President and CEO Terra Brantley stopped by to speak with Fort Wayne’s NBC Today anchor Julian Teekaram about the event and how people can donate.

Julian will be co-hosting the virtual event Saturday night from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
