Turkey Rally 2021: Focused on the Fork Jack’s corn casserole

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - Fort Wayne’s NBC TODAY anchor Jack Keenan is turning up the heat with a spicier take on corn casserole this holiday season.

This unique Thanksgiving recipe features a whole lot of cheese, jalapenos and of course corn! Check out Jack mixing those and other ingredients together to create this fun dip/casserole.

This special recipe hopes to encourage donating to the Community Harvest Food Bank as part of Turkey Rally 2021, happening Thursday, November 18th.
