FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - Fort Wayne’s NBC’s Liz Braden is sharing her quick and easy Thanksgiving appetizer recipe for “cranberry brie bites” as part of Turkey Rally 2021.

This campaign is the biggest food and fund drive for Community Harvest Food Bank and helps give out food to our community.

Recipe ingredients:

One tube of crescent rolls, one wheel of brie, rosemary, candied (or regular) pecans, cranberry sauce

Directions:

Start by preheating your oven to 375 and rolling out your crescent roll dough on a flat surface. Pinch all the lines together so it forms one flat piece of dough. Taking a pizza cutter, make squares out of your dough and place each square inside a greased muffin tin. Slice up your brie into rectangular pieces and place it on top of your dough, then follow it up with some cranberry sauce. Top your bites with some rosemary and pecans and then set it in the oven for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
