Shooting at Fort Wayne apartment complex leaves one man dead

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - The Fort Wayne Police Department confirmed with Fort Wayne’s NBC News one man was shot to death near the 7900 Block of Old Decatur Road.

Police say they arrived on scene just after 1 a.m. and found a man suffering from gunshot wounds and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators say there is no suspect in custody and they’re not yet releasing what led up to the shooting. They are talking with several witnesses to gather more information.
