FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - Officials have identified the two men who were found dead in a garage Friday.

According to FWPD, authorities responded to the 700 block of Cumberland Avenue at 2:24 a.m. Friday in regards to a person down found in a garage.

When officers arrived they found two adult men in the garage. Paramedics pronounced both men dead at the scene.

The Allen County Coroner’s Office have identified the two men as 19-year-old Brendan Steave Cole of Fort Wayne and 16-year-old Juan Jose Ramirez Jr. of Ypsilanti, Michigan.

According to documents, both died from multiple gunshot wounds and both have been ruled a homicide. This tallies the homicide count to 43 in Allen County.

At this time, authorities are unsure what led to the shooting. This incident remains under investigation.
