Komets fall in improbable fashion, 5-4, off bad bounce

KALAMAZOO, Mich. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - An improbable bounce favored the Kalamazoo Wings, as they protected home ice over the Fort Wayne Komets, 5-4, in the final minute of play at the Wings Event Center on Wednesday night.
The Komets scored a shocking goal, as well, with one second remaining in the second period, as Matt Alvaro rang home his second goal of the night off a face-off one-timer.
