Teen charged with rape on school bus, Grant Co. police say

MARION, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - The Grant County Sheriff’s Department says an 18-year-old is charged with rape following an incident on a school bus back in January.
Police say they were contacted by officials with the Oak Hill School Corporation who alleged that 18-year-old Brandon Gage Blanchard-Vigar assaulted a 16-year-old student while on a school bus.
Blanchard-Vigar is currently charged with rape and sexual battery--additional charges may be filed. He is currently in the Grant County Jail with a bond set at $30,000.
