Two-seeded PFW squaring off with eight-seeded UIC in Horizon League quarterfinal

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - The Horizon League co-champs of the regular season, Purdue Fort Wayne, tip off with eight-seeded UIC in their conference tournament quarterfinal Thursday night at the Memorial Coliseum.
PFW beat UIC, 73-66, in this year’s only matchup between the programs at the Gates Center on February 12, 2022.
The Mastodons ride a nine-game winning streak into the meeting, while the Flames visit on a four-game winning streak of their own.

The winner of Thursday night’s 7 p.m. tip-off will advance to Monday’s Horizon League semi-final at the Indiana Farmers Coliseum in Indianapolis, IN.
