DAYTON, Oh. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - Indiana Hoosiers basketball squares off with fellow 12-seeded Wyoming in an NCAA “First Four” play-in game at the University of Dayton Arena on Tuesday night at 9:10 p.m.

An IU offseason that began with the departure of former Hoosiers head coach Archie Miller led to plenty of questions, but the hiring of alum Mike Woodson in March of 2021 quickly cleared the future up, leading to the return of marquee players, including Trayce Jackson-Davis, for the 2021-’22 season.

Jackson-Davis said his decision to return paid off in the Big Ten Tournament, as the Hoosiers picked up back-to-back upset victories, leading to a berth in the NCAA Tournament.

The Hoosiers hold the opportunity to advance to the field of 64 with a potential win over Wyoming.
