Eastside’s Willard hits for cycle, tosses perfect game in victory over Prairie Heights

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - Eastside’s Owen Willard put on a dazzling performance, hitting for the cycle and tossing a perfect game in Monday’s victory over Prairie Heights.
Willard started the game hot at the dish, blasting a solo home run in the first inning. The Blazers would never look back, taking down the Panthers, 14-0, at Parkview Field.
The future Mastodon would also dominate on the mound, pitching a five-inning perfect game with 10 strikeouts.
