FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - Scattered rain showers have been the theme for Sunday, and thanks to a weather system slowly moving to the east, we’ve got the chance for pop-up showers heading into the work week.

Sunday evening will feature isolated showers as temperatures hang out in the 60s.

Overnight into Monday morning, we’ll be mostly dry. So, you likely won’t need the umbrellas as you head out on Monday morning. Temperatures will bottom out in the low 50s.

For Monday, and Tuesday, isolated rain showers are possible. Certainly no soaking rain showers, but just enough to be annoying or potentially put off any planned yard work. Temperatures will be on the cool side in the afternoon on Monday, with highs in the low 60s, and expect upper 50s in the afternoon on Tuesday.

Once we hit mid-week, temperatures will slowly start to climb back into the mid-to-upper 60s for afternoon highs and we should stay dry through the rest of the work week.
